1. prepare the itemsFirst, you want to wash your hands really well and then get the material needed to make the Mexican Wedding cookies. Since the recipe makes about 50 cookies, you might want to get out a bigger bowl and a spatula. Get out two sticks of butter, sugar powder, half a cup of walnuts, two eggs, vanilla extract and a crusher machine or knife and finally preheat oven at 350 degrees.

2. start cooking the ingredients
Grab your two sticks of butter and with your spatula, push on it until it looks like it has a soft and a flattened look . Then you will want to add a spoon of vanilla extract and then you will want to mix it. Add half a cup of sugar powder and mix it around. This part will take a while since it’s mostly dry ingredients. Then you will want to cut the walnuts very short (a crushing machine works too). Now you can add the liquid material which is two full eggs, but do not take out the yolk. Then add a half a cup of flour and mix the whole batch for about 6 minutes and it will be ready for the next step.

Now after you take them out of the oven you will want to wait about 10 minutes for them to cool off. Once they are room temperature, pour about a cup of powdered sugar onto a plate. Grab each cookie and roll it in the sugar powder over and over. Once you’ve done all of them, eat them, and share if you want to!
